Welcome to Shades of Shado Appaloosas.
We like to think that we have some exceptional horses and we focus on the qualities that first drew people to the Appaloosa breed, qualities like endurance, good proportions, versatility, temperament, and of course - color. So, most of our horses are going to be Foundation Pedigree Designated by the ApHC and Appaloosa X Appaloosa bred. We also have a couple of horses that exhibit that wonderfully smooth as glass Appaloosa gait, you may have heard it referred to as the "Indian Shuffle."
