Bit O Thunder ** Foaled 04/27/1992 ** Stallion ** Sire: Ha-Dar Shado ** Dam: Nibbles N Bits ** We recently purchased him from Buzzards Roost Paloose of Wellington, KS.  Thanks to the Supons for allowing us to acquire him.  We are really looking forward to his arrival this fall.  Pictures to be posted as soon as they are available.  

We will be taking bookings for a limited number of mares for the 2008 breeding season and preference will be given to registered Appaloosa mares.  There is also a discount on the breeding fee for mares with the Foundation Pedigree Designation as issued by the ApHC.

A GLIMPZ OF SHADO **  Foaled 04/09/1999  **  Stallion **  Sire: Ha-Dar Shado ** Dam: Mighty Tuff Enuff **  Son of the great Ha-Dar Shado (picture on Reference page), out of the mare Mighty Tuff Enuff (picture on Reference page), our Shado is wonderful stallion. He has the best disposition of any stallion that I have handled, even with a mare in heat standing next to him, he needs only a gentle reminder to stay focused on his handler. He is smart, and powerful, you can practically see the muscles moving in the picture of him taken as he canters around his paddock above. This Shado passes on his lovely disposition and build as well as excellent color. He was not shown due to a severe barbed-wire injury as a yearling (you can still see the scar on his shoulder). We do not normally solicit outside mares, but will consider each mare that is requested for breeding on a case by case basis.

Update 10/20/2007 **  Shado will be coming home from the saddle trainer shortly and we will immediately begin conditioning him for the endurance competition.  Our first anticipated entry should be sometime in January 2008.  We will keep updating this site with his progress.
